These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 33bam ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By browsing the website https://33bam.cam or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared for the Bangladesh market and written in Bengali. In case of any ambiguity, if there is a conflict with the English version, the Bengali version will take precedence.

1 Acceptance and Applicability

Using the 33bam platform means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to the following:

  • Creating and managing any account

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

Important: The 33bam platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or playing games by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 33bam may request relevant documents to verify age at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be cancelled.

Additionally, the platform may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. By using the platform, you confirm that it is legally permitted in your area.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on 33bam are processed through secure SSL encryption. We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Withdrawal timeframe: within 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit
  • Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal
Processing times for bank transfers may be somewhat longer. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are generally the fastest.

4.3 Currency and Currency Conversion

All transactions on 33bam are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions made in a different currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion costs will be borne by the member.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

33bam offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms that will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x. This means that to make a withdrawal after claiming the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus applies to one account only — not to multiple accounts within the same family, on the same device, or from the same IP address
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 33bam reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings
  • Each bonus has an expiry period; if not used within the specified time, it will be automatically cancelled
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to other members

5.3 VIP Cashback

33bam has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Gameplay and Fair Play

33bam is committed to ensuring a fair gaming environment. All our games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and impartial.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay — such as a network disruption or software failure — the result of that round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned. 33bam reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits may vary from game to game and may change according to VIP level. No member may place a bet outside the set limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 33bam platform. Such activities may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Providing false or fabricated personal information
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting system loopholes
  • Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
  • Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions
  • Colluding with other members to manipulate games
  • Using or reproducing 33bam's intellectual property without authorisation

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bam website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, algorithms, and databases — is the exclusive property of 33bam. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing any of these materials without written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Closure

11.1 By the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, however any bonus balance will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

11.2 By 33bam

33bam may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Providing false information
  • Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
  • Legal or regulatory reasons

12 Changes to Terms
